Over our 20 years in business, we have learned a lot from our customers. Typically they will work with a local web designer to design and build their new website. However, when it comes to the matter of changes and ongoing maintenance, additional (high) fees apply, delays are incurred and the designer/client relationship often suffers due to misunderstandings around what was included when the original build fee was paid.
When you become a customer of WebHealer, we include all changes in your monthly fee (on a fair usage basis). So, if you have some changes to your phone number, location or simply want to share that you are now offering online video consultations etc, we will make these changes for you within 1 working day with no additional cost.

- Rearranging paragraphs of text
- Adding a new page and having us add pre-written text
