And I show you simple techniques to help you take control of your feelings. When relevant, I may use EFT - the "tapping" technique - or hypnosis, which allows me to communicate with your unconscious self, as part of the NLP Therapy. My clients come from all over the UK.

Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT) has developed from Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and uses similar but simplified techniques.
