If you are looking for information on the effectiveness of reflexology for any particular condition, try the AoR page What is Reflexology. In general the professional associations are cautious about claiming any medical efficacy for reflexology, however there are some reflexology studies on the NHS's National Institute for Health and Care Excellence website which you may find useful. One item of research in 2015 came out supportive of reflexology for pain management albeit in the specific scenario of patients undergoing appendectomy and the post surgical pain experienced. This was a very specific clinical trial so it would not be correct to say that reflexology is effective for pain management in all cases, however it is still encouraging. The final conclusion was definitively that "Reflexology is effective for reducing pain after appendectomy surgery". The report was titled Evaluation of the Effect of Reflexology on Pain Control and Analgesic Consumption After Appendectomy.
